Amy and I are getting ready for the big Alabama vs. Arkansas game today. They're ranked #9 after spanking Texas a couple of weeks ago.

I'm going out on a limb and saying that Bama might not do that well this season. I hope to eat my words, but we've got Arkansas today and Georgia next week. Tennessee will be here before you know it, as will LSU. Auburn really shouldn't be a problem since they were very overrated and took a big dive early. But then again, we did lose to Northern Illinois last week… Can't blame Coach Shula, though. He inherited the team out of a few bad situations.

Speaking of the coach, I hope to get up early enough to meet him soon. “The Mike Shula Show” is filmed every Sunday at my TV station. I come to work about three hours after he leaves. I'm also in church at that time, but I may go to the early service one Sunday so I can get in there to meet him.
