We're home from “Secret Job Location.” If I get the phone call I'm expecting in the next week or two, then I will finally reveal all and even connect my LJ back to my site. The interview went very, very well. The company's benefits are out of this world, and the station is beautiful. The technology flowing out of this place is incredible. Let me put it this way… Widescreen HDTV newscasts… a helicopter… completely digital editing. Best of all, the people are as friendly as you can hope for. I spent two hours there today interviewing and getting to know the place. I was told I am a finalist for the job and it's looking good for me. They also really like the fact I'm ready to get somewhere and stay put for a few years. L-O-Y-A-L-T-Y is a wonderful word.

I also have to call the other two stations I interviewed with tomorrow. The verdict should be in soon.
