What a great Saturday! We went house hunting, trick-or-treaters came by, and… Oklahoma won! Miami lost! Florida lost! FSU lost! AND FRANCHIPHONEY LOST TO BAYLOR!!!!!
All three Florida schools I despise, and TAMU, bit the dust. Unbelievable football today!
I cannot wait to see Georgia and Auburn go at it in two weeks.
My ALma mater plays Mississippi State next week. If they win, they are bowl eligible. That will be fine this year, but next year is a different story. You guys have to get more depth on the roster. We've got to get back in the national title hunt soon.
And the best part about today? Daylight stinking savings time ends! Extra hour of sleep tonight, baby!

A Hendrick Motorsports plane crashed on the way to the Martinsville race today. The crash claimed the life of Rick Hendrick's son, brother, nieces, and other team members.
Here's the story:
Hendrick Plane Crashes, Killing All 10 Aboard
As many of you know, Jeff Gordon is my all-time favorite NASCAR driver. His team is owned by Rick Hendrick.
A special prayer goes out to the Hendrick family and teams from Amy and myself.
God bless…

- This was a good week at work. Liz was in Memphis, so it was nice working in the mornings and being home at night. I also didn't have to clean up so much around the office.
- Opelika opened up their “Trail of Terror” haunted hayride last night. Media got a sneak peek and a free lunch Thursday. Very nice! The trail has some great effects on it.
- Speaking of… there is a haunted house on site. It's supposed to be haunted, at least. A few officials from the city and some other people decided it would be a neat idea to spend the night in there this week. So, what do I do? Yup, I went right along with them. Amy would've come along, but she had to get up extremely early for work. Needless to say, nothing happened in the house. There were some people snoring, but that was the scariest sound. The upstairs area is the “haunted” part. They've converted the downstairs area in the haunted house attraction for the hayride.

- In other haunted attractions news, Fright Factory in Northport was broken into this past week. Some electronics and stuff was stolen which is as low as you can get. The house is run by United Cerebral Palsy of West Alabama. My friend has been involved with it for a long time. I've voiced the radio commercials for them for the last two years. That is just wretched how someone could do that to a charity organization. Kick their butts, Drew.
- Bama plays at Tennessee today. I hope we win, but it'll be a miracle. I just want to see “The Great Pumpkin,” Phillip Fulmer, go down in flames. He's a big reason we got placed on probation. He is such as pathetic human.
- Amy is babysitting today. I'm just watching college ball. That's an interesting Saturday, right?
I plan on taking Amy on the hayride tonight. She doesn't like things like that, but I bet if I warn her of everything ahead of time she'll be okay.
- I'm sure I'm leaving some stuff out that I wanted to jot down this week. Oh, well. I'll close for now. The Van Heusen store here is going out of business and they've marked everything down. I saw a jacket I like last weekend, so I'm going to go see if they still have a couple.
See you later and Roll Tide!

I'm sitting here watching game six of the ALCS. It's the top of the 9th, and they've had to bring out police in riot gear at Yankee Stadium. Boston is ahead 4-2, and the fans have been throwing things on the field all night.
What does this say about Yankees fans?
It's just another reason I hate that team. Moronic, violent fans.
