What I wouldn't give to not be working day side this week. I miss sleeping in. Thankfully, it's only this week.

We ate dinner tonight with the Lee County Republican Party. Governor Bob Riley was there as the speaker. I really wanted Amy to be able to meet him since I've talked to him several times before. She actually talked quite a bit to him about the upcoming education and state budget. I was impressed. He even took the time to pose for pictures with us. His official photographer took the pictures and said he'd have them signed by Riley and sent to us. Very nice! I'll post them when we get them back.

I'm tired, don't feel like typing much. Plus, work comes early in the morning. Thanks to Rod, Sheriff Jones, and Judge English for asking us to come to the dinner. We really enjoyed it.
