Okie dokie!  I’ve set up this blog to post updates to Twitter.  Not that this place is very popular, but if you want to be notified when I write a new blog entry, I highly suggest using Twitter.  It explains itself on the site.

Twitter seems to be flakey at times, but I do like it.  Many thanks to Matt for getting me hooked on this, despite me being a private person for the most part.

Ok… too many entries came down on that first test.  Here we go again…

I’ve been getting a kick out of this guy today.  Call it my inner USAF veteran coming out: Trevor Paglen

He’s tracked down some patches from secret military operations along with some photos of places and things that “do not exist.”

I’ll definitely pick up his book.

Amy and I had a great time up at Stone Mountain Park near Atlanta.  Mom came up and stayed with Alyssa, so that was a nice blessing.  We love our girl, but it had been forever since we just got away and took time out for ourselves.

We left Thursday morning and went straight to Turner Field.  I had two free tickets to see the Braves, so I reserved them for Friday night against the Mariners.  I wanted to see that game because I saw the Mariners and White Sox play two weeks after Safeco Field opened in Seattle.  What happened to Friday night’s game?  Keep reading…
